Terms and Conditions

 

Payment:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, or you may choose to pay in full upfront.
  • No temporary holds on charters without a deposit.
  • Full payment is due 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to pay in full will result in the cancellation of your trip.
  • BOAT WILL NOT LEAVE DOCK WITHOUT BEING PAID IN FULL.
  • We accept Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Venmo, American Express, checks, and cash.
  • Checks must be received and cleared at least one week before the trip date.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations: To be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be requested at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled trip date.
  • Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the trip will not be refunded
  • We strive to provide exceptional fishing experiences, but we cannot guarantee catches. There are no refunds if fish are not caught.
  • Rates and fuel surcharges are subject to change, but the price you are quoted at the time of booking will be honored.
  • No refunds on charters canceled within 72 hours of departure or no show the day of the charter.

Trip Details:

  • If you or any member of your party arrives late, the charter will return at the scheduled time, and you are responsible for the full booking cost.
  • There is a 1-hour grace period for private charters. After 1 hour the trip will be deemed a no-show.
  • There will be a 15-minute grace period for open party trips, after that boat will depart without you.
  • A passport is required for all passengers on Coronado Islands trips.
  • Free parking is available on Quivira Road. Parking elsewhere may result in towing.
  • Fishing licenses can be purchased at Seaforth Landing, located next to Seaforth Marina.
  • Restrooms, a tackle shop, and a cafe are available at Seaforth Landing.
  • Food can be provided on trips more than 9 hours.
  • No alcohol will be provided, you may bring your own beer, no bottles please and no hard alcohol.
  • Please do not bring coolers; we have space for your food and beverages.
  • Meet at the flagpole at Seaforth Marina be there at least 30 minutes before your departure time.

Additional Information:

  • Complimentary breakfast & Lunch on trips more than 8 hours.
  • Fuel Surcharges may be applied
  • Must bring you own pillow/blanket for overnight trips (limited to 4 anglers).
  • All gear, rod/reel, bait, tackle, fish cleaning are included.  If you break it or loose it you buy it.
  • Subject to Excessive cleaning fee /Damage fee $250.00 or cost of damage if exceeds $250.00.
  • Loss of Rod/Reel equal to cost of the gear.
  • Must provide hard copy of Mexican or California Fishing License/$25.00 per Mexican license the morning of DUE IN CASH.
  • On trips that require a passport, you must provide at the time of boarding.
  • $300.00 an hour for going over allotted time and charged to card on file.
  • Fuel Surcharges may be applied and charged to card on file.
  • Crew gratuities are customary 15-20%.
