Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, or you may choose to pay in full upfront. No temporary holds on charters without a deposit.
  • The card you book with stays securely on file.
  • The remaining balance is charged to the card on file 72 hours before departure. The boat will not leave the dock without being paid in full.
  • Bookings made within 72 hours of departure, including same day, next day and two day bookings, pay in full at booking.
  • We accept Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Venmo, American Express, checks, and cash. If you pay your balance by any of these instead of the card on file, it must be received before the 72 hour mark. Checks must be received and cleared at least one week before the trip date.

Passenger Manifest

  • Your complete passenger manifest is due 72 hours before departure: the full name, contact information and emergency contact for every passenger on board.
  • For bookings made within 72 hours of departure, the manifest is due at booking.
  • This is a Coast Guard and marina requirement. No manifest, no departure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • To be eligible for a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be requested at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled trip date. Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the trip will not be refunded.
  • If we cannot collect your balance or complete your manifest by departure, and we cannot reach you to resolve it, the trip is a no-show. No-shows forfeit the deposit, and a 10% no-show fee is charged to the card on file.
  • Rescheduling on our side: if the captain cancels or reschedules your trip for weather, safety, maintenance or any other reason on our end, you choose either a full refund of everything you have paid or a reschedule at no cost to you.
  • Sometimes we cannot run your trip ourselves, whether it is crew availability, maintenance, a late day or scheduling. In those cases we may arrange for your charter to run with another licensed and insured charter business. You will be notified as early as possible and asked whether you are OK with that. If you are not, you choose a reschedule with us or a refund.
  • We strive to provide exceptional fishing experiences, but we cannot guarantee catches. There are no refunds if fish are not caught.
  • Rates are subject to change, but the price you are quoted at the time of booking will be honored.

Open Party Trips

  • Open party trips run on different terms. Full payment is due at booking.
  • There are no refunds if you no-show an open party trip.
  • Open party trips require a minimum of four anglers to run.
